30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your CLEANR SIP! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

Our 30-Day Guarantee Includes:

• 30 Days to Try It: Your guarantee begins on the date your order is delivered.
• Full Refund: Receive a refund of your purchase price, original shipping charges, and applicable taxes.
• Free Returns: CLEANR provides a prepaid return shipping label for eligible U.S. returns.
• Try It Out: Products may be opened, installed, and used during the 30-day period.
• No Original Packaging Required: Simply return your CLEANR SIP and its included components, securely packaged.

How to Request a Return

1. Email support@cleanr.life within 30 days of delivery with your order number and return request.
2. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
3. Ship your product back within 14 days of receiving your return label.
4. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

This guarantee applies to CLEANR SIP products purchased directly from CLEANR for personal use. Products must be returned with all included components. Damage resulting from misuse or intentional abuse is not covered.

1-Year Limited Warranty

CLEANR Inc. warrants its CLEANR SIP product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser in the United States.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, CLEANR will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge. If neither option is available, CLEANR will provide a refund of the original purchase price.

Warranty Coverage

To qualify for warranty service:

• The defect must be reported within the 12-month warranty period.
• The product must have been installed, maintained, and used in accordance with CLEANR's instructions.
• The product must not have been subjected to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.

This warranty covers CLEANR SIP hardware and included components, including replaceable filter cartridges, for defects in materials and workmanship. Normal filter depletion is not considered a defect.

What's Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including the expected depletion of replaceable filter media.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
• Damage caused by exposure to conditions outside the product's specified operating requirements.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact support@cleanr.life with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Our team will review your claim and provide next steps. For approved claims, CLEANR will cover standard shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement.

Warranty Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the twelve (12) month period of this limited warranty.

CLEANR's obligations under this warranty are limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above, subject to applicable law.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
